By restoring core original features while integrating key accessibility structural prep, we delivered a timeless finish that supports future mobility needs without compromising on style.

- Tub & Tile Restoration: Preserved and restored the original cast-iron tub, surrounding it with custom-installed tub-surround tile and a brand-new tiled floor.
- Integrated Shower Niche: Built a custom recessed wall niche within the new tile surround for convenient, zero-clutter storage of bathing essentials.
- Updated Vanity & Surface: Installed a new vanity, cabinet, and durable countertop to elevate storage capacity and refresh the overall design.
- Fixtures & Hardware: Upgraded all hardware and installed new fixtures throughout, including a versatile handheld shower sprayer for enhanced accessibility and ease of use.
- Future-Proof Structural Blocking: Installed robust in-wall blocking behind the new tile layout to allow for seamless, secure installation of grab bars down the road.
